In your individual sessions we will work together and I can help you untangle what is going on in your life so that you can tap into your inner strength and make positive changes.

Therapy is a judgement-free zone.  You can talk about anything without fear of judgement or criticism, and you can dive deep into your feelings, thoughts and experiences with therapeutic support and understanding.

It is all about you and getting to know yourself better.  As a “team” we will explore why you think and feel the way you do, and we can challenge any unhelpful habits or behaviors that might be holding you back.  Tailor-made strategies can be discussed to aid you in dealing with whatever life throws at you, be it trauma or adverse life events.
